Behave Into Your Thoughts And Think Into Your Action

Behavior is something I am fascinated with. There are few laws and even fewer answers to many questions that exist in the realm of human behavior. A few things are certain for us all however. We all tend to do the same things are various levels for both a variety and a similarity of reasons. The mechanism of the function is also the same for us all. How we think determines how we feel which determines what we do. The bridge between how we think and what we do and what we do and how we think is often debated as to which direction is more effective or the real direction. Both are equally true.

How we think determines what we do as much as what we do determines what we think. How we feel is always caught in between. There is no doubting the impact thinking has on our physiology. Having a thought can put our bodies into a state different from the one it is in prior to that thought. There is also no doubting how our body physiology impacts how we think. We have evolved to behave millions of years before were even capable of thinking.

Utilizing the science of these two facts empowers us to achieve a great many thing and helps us to tap into the infinite potential so many of us have yet to explore. One method may seem easier than the other for you to do but you owe it to yourself to develop both systems equally. How we think determines what we feel thus what we do is equally as true as what we do determines what we think and what we feel this impacting what we do and so forth. Incorporate and develop these systems daily and watch the empowerment in your life grow.
